My camera cannot focus. What should I do?
1. Unplug and replug in your device.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Replace the connection cable.
4. Uninstall/re-upgrade the camera driver.
5. Try to upgrade the firmware by OTA.
6. If the above operation does not resolve the issue, please contact us via support@maxhub.com with a detailed description of the problem.

The built-in microphone works abnormally (can't pickup voice/noise, etc.). What should I do?
1. Unplug and replug in your device.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Replace the connection cable.
4. Uninstall/re-upgrade the camera driver.
